1. Eligibility

The emm77 platform is available exclusively to players who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from the Republic of the Philippines, or are otherwise lawfully permitted to use online gaming services.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of emm77 or any of its service providers.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or organisation.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the platform.

emm77 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any stage of registration or account use. Providing false information is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balance.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Each person may hold only one registered account with emm77. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If you discover that multiple accounts exist under your details due to a technical issue, contact support immediately at [email protected].

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, you may be asked to submit identity documents before deposits, withdrawals, or continued play are permitted. This is a standard requirement for online gaming platforms.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password and OTP details — confidential. emm77 will never ask you for your password. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify support immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the emm77 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). There is no foreign currency involved in any part of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online and mobile banking, standard bank transfers from eligible local banks, and local e-wallets including GCash and Maya where available and eligible. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted for any deposits or withdrawals on the platform.

Minimum and maximum transaction amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Processing times vary by payment method and are shown at the time of each transaction request.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to standard verification requirements. emm77 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or large amounts.

Funds deposited for gaming purposes may not be transferred or used for any purpose other than placing bets and playing games on the emm77 platform.

4. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the emm77 platform — including sports bets through the Sports and Bet sections, casino games, fish games, and eBingo — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or event type. These rules are displayed within each game or betting section.

General betting rules that apply across the platform include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. emm77 does not accept bet cancellations after confirmation unless there is a verified technical error on the platform's side.
• Odds and game outcomes displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the values used for settlement.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a live game session, emm77 will apply the relevant void or partial settlement rules, which will be communicated at the time of resolution.
• emm77 reserves the right to void bets that are placed in circumstances of obvious error, market failure, or where the outcome was already determined at the time of placement.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance in PHP after the applicable settlement period for each game type.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, system bugs, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using an account registered by another person, or registering an account on behalf of someone else.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or tamper with any part of the platform.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming and betting.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or account use.

6. Responsible Gaming

emm77 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for entertainment. No game, betting market, or platform feature is designed to generate reliable income, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Players are encouraged to set session time limits and deposit limits, and to take regular breaks. If you feel that your gaming activity has become difficult to control, emm77 provides self-management tools accessible through the account section. Players who wish to self-exclude from the platform may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are taken seriously and processed promptly. You must not attempt to create a new account during a self-exclusion period.

All players must be 21 years of age or older. emm77 will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under 21, and any associated balance will be forfeited in line with applicable requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

emm77 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors, downtime, or interruptions at all times.

emm77 is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party failures beyond our control.
• Player decisions made based on information from external sources.
• Unauthorised account access where the player has not taken reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

In all cases, emm77's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the most recent calendar month.

10. Governing Terms and Contact

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and emm77 regarding your use of the platform.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. No waiver of any term by emm77 constitutes an ongoing waiver of that or any other term.
